Retumbo or US869 would probly be in the line you need. Sounds like a couple of good ones to start with. Prefer the Retumbo for temperature stability. With that much case capacity behind a small hole, very slow powders are probably the best bet for this fire breather.

Don't have a load for that bullet but powders I'd try are:
N570, RL33, RL50, 50bmg and H870.
Those should get you over 3300 fps. The afore mentioned stuff is good for about 3250.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

The IMR 7828 is a good slow burning powder..have used it in the 300 RUM for years and should work well in the 6.5
