Jan 21...an old man walks up to the gate at the White House and is stopped by the guard. The old man says "I need to talk to President Obama." The guard replies, "He's not the President, anymore.", and the old man leaves.
Jan 22...the same old man walks up to the gate at the White House and is stopped by the guard. The old man says "I need to talk to President Obama." The guard replies, "He's not the President, anymore.", and the old man leaves.
This goes on every day for a week. After the same daily ritual, the Marine guard said, "Sir, I've told you every day for the last week that Mr. Obama is not the President, any more, but you keep coming back, day after day...why?"
The old man replies, "I just like hearing your answer!"
The Marine snaps to attention, and salutes, "See you tomorrow, Sir."
