I see no one voted for Blue Moon...I ain't gonna either!

My vote goes to Bob Syke's.

Never had Saw's. Never heard of Saw's until last week.

Had the rib plate at Saw's. The ribs were really good, the sauce was a little too vinegar-y, the greens were good, and the Cole slaw was oil and vinegar based, which threw me off.

I still give the nod of the best ribs to the brick pit in Mobile.

You Birmingham area folks are spoiled with Saw's. Makes me want to drive down this weekend to eat there again.

I like Moe's BBQ. Hard to beat their smoked wings.

Saws is good. I love Miss Myra's. And if you go to Prattville (obviously not in the scope of this question) then you need to go to Fat Boy's.

I am from South Carolina. To many of us, bbq is like football is here. These are the 3 best that I have had in Alabama so far.

Charlie's in Odenville is my favorite too. Best brisket in Alabama.

Sorry I listed cheeseburgers too. The best cheeseburgers are always found at BBQ places. Not sure why, but it's true. Rusty's in Leeds just won some award for theirs. Golden Rule on 31 has the best cheeseburger in Bham IMO. Fat Man's BBQ in Pell City has an awesome cheeseburger too.

There is never a reason to apologize for recommending cheeseburgers. Cheeseburger is always a good answer to any question.

I remember when Dreamlands would have been number 1 on most people's list.

They are overpriced chewy ribs with a lot of sauce now.

Big daddy's in warrior is the best I've ever had. It's real BBQ nothing special just the way BBQ should be.
