Well I came home from work today and sat down. I decided I would play some XBox for a little. I went to grab my controller and noticed I couldn't find it then I looked and noticed the XBox was gone as well. Then I noticed that the paperwork and styrofoam was in the floor. I walked to the boys room to see if maybe they moved it in their last night. Nope wasn't their neither so I decided to call the wife. She said it was in the living room and I told her negative wasn't their. So I called the law and they came done a report. This XBox isn't even 2 weeks old 12-15 games and extra controller. I have a good idea who it is they just better hope I can't prove its them

My wife didn't lock the house up. Which we've never had to worry about anything where we live especially with a bunch of retired old couples all around us

So is it a break in when you leave your schit unlocked? Whether it be a truck or house or whatever. I say no. These days you leave anything unlocked and anyone will " help their self" to your shucks.

The year is 2016 and you don't lock your house. I'd write the Xbox of and start locking my damn house.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

So who do you think it was? Possibly a family member that has issues? A "Friend"? A co-worker?

Hope u figure it out. Can't stand a thief!

Yes it's still considered breaking and entering. Felony charge the law said they would be charged with 2 felonies

Technically, there is no crime of breaking and entering in Alabama except B&E of a Motor Vehicle. The crime that occurred was Burglary 3rd which is a felony. The only other felony that could be included would be Theft 2nd based on the value of all the items, but understand that charging them with both is simply plea bargain leverage. In the end, they will only be convicted of the burglary unless they and their lawyer are both pretty dumb.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I wouldn't have mentioned it to anyone for a few days.

When I was a kid, someone stole my go cart. Dad said to not mention it to anyone at all. NO ONE AT ALL! Two days later a punk that lived nearby asked me if I knew who took it?

BINGO!!

He and his older brother had been hiding it out in the woods down the road while they tried to get it sold. Older brother got probation or something like that. I don't think anything happened to the younger brother.
