Can you keep powder and bullet in the muzzleloader when transporting if you don't have a primer in the gun? Will the game warder write you a ticket for having a loaded weapon?

No primer/cap/flashpan charge = not loaded.
A loaded gun is basically in "ready to fire" condition.

Hi, I don't think so ,long as there is no cap or primer in place.

The loaded weapon is only on a WMA.

How long can you leave powder and a powerbelt in the barrel. I hit the woods this morning and left it loaded. I'll be back in the woods Thursday. Is that too long?

I've left em loaded from Jan to Dec of the next year, shot just fine. Just keep it dry.
