Comey was made to look like a fool this last time. not to mention the info coming out that the lead investigators wife got a 500K donation shortly before the investigation was closed.

FBI is going to start the investigation and recommend it go to grand jury. This will happen quickly. Naturally grand jury will indict her, because she is guilty. Obama will grant her a full pardon and immunity to prosecution before he leaves office. FBI saves face, Hillary gets off.

If the race is close it could certainly help.

My big question about it is if any of the stuff that has been leaked is even admissible as evidence at this point. It seems like all the stuff that was leaked should have been things that were discovered in the original investigation.

If none of that can be used, then there may be no reason for an investigation at this point. Plus, I highly doubt she would get a fair trial (in either direction) if she were to be indicted on anything.

Agreed, someone got a hold of something serious in the way of documentation and it was sent to them with a threat to leak it to the press if it wasnt acted on. That plus I'm hearing the agents that worked her case are pretty much in revolt because the vast majority felt she was guilty of a felony for mishandling classified information and lying to congress under oath.

my guess is that Comey and others know that Trump has a much better than average chance of winning now and they know that if he does then they will also go down with her for obstruction.
Obama can pardon yes, but I don't know if there is enough paper in Washington to cover every crime they can pin on this witch.
