In all my years of voting, I've never known if the machine tabulated it correctly or not. How in the hell are these people able to tell if the machine recorded it wrong? I don't understand. This makes the whole story appear like a crock of B.S.

They use a dif machine than we do here. Ours are like the old scan tron where you fill in the space and run it through.
the ones other states use is on a touch screen and it shows when you touch one.

That makes sense. I've always wondered about the integrity of our voting system here because you have zero idea if your vote was captured correctly. It doesn't provide any feedback that can be confirmed.

We have the paper you feed in the machine as back-up. I just can't see how any state would rely on electronics only with no back-up. crazy
