I climbed up in a tree on opening morning but I just can't get excited about hunting in this damn heat. I have decided that I may go again when it looks like a cool morning is approaching but otherwise, I think I am going to wait on some rain and cooler temps.

I was wondering if the skeeter numbers are down since there is very little standing water for them to hatch in ??????

I'm going in the morning. Temps will be around 50 so it won't be bad. I am undecided about that afternoon

I can't get motivated either.
I think this is the longest I've ever gone into the season without climbing a tree or slinging an arrow. I'm gonna keep on Crappie fishing until it cools off.

We had a cool morning or 2 and I hunted. I'm gonna take a play from perch's handbook and hunt the cool days and fish when it's nice.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??
