Emotions aren't as good a predictor of future results as past indicators. If Hillary wins there won't be any mass uprising. Today's Americans don't have the stomach for what it would take to really change things through force.

What's surprising to me is how much each camp hates the other one this election. It's normal it seems for there to be about ten percent or less of truly fringe folks who just have to hate "whoever" happens to be in their sights at the time. This year though I'm almost not welcome in either camp and I'm about as much of a centrist as anyone I have ever met.

Sad - I know a lot of folks and it's about an even split between left and right and all of them seem to think my vote is going to screw up the world.
