Need some movie recommendations. I'm on lock down for the next 5 days after having carpal tunnel surgery on my other hand this morning. I hate sitting in the house but I'm gonna do it til Monday. I went back to work 2 days after surgery on my first hand a month ago and got it infected, so this time I have conceded to ride the recliner til Monday. I'm gonna be bored out of my mind....

Ice Water Wars on Netflix was a good miniseries that was a Danish (I think) production of a true WW2 story. Part of it is in English and part in Norwegian and German with subtitles. Being largely deaf anyhow, I watch all movies with subtitles so it didn't bother me, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea.
Good show though.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Don't know if you like James Bond but spectre is on there now. Also, I posted this a few days ago, but Meat Eater is a show on Netflix, have really enjoyed watching through that. Just found Meat Eater this weekend. I like that guy. Good show. Not sure why they started with season 5...

It's hard to wipe your butt with your "off" hand. AMEN to that. I had rotator cuff and bicep surgery on my right side (dominate) May 31, was in a sling for 6 weeks and couldn't wipe with that hand (very difficult/painful on that shoulder) until about 10 weeks after surgery.

A couple of weeks ago I watched some old Steve McQueen stuff on Netflix. Pretty good old movies when he was young.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I just found some new series by Andy Yeatman on Netflix. The shows are there for a very long time now but I wasn’t aware about it. The day I started watching it, I realised that there is so much that a person can learn from these shows. I would definitely recommend these for the kids.

Most of what's being suggested is "series" type shows. Since you specifically requested a movie, my wife and I watched a movie on Netflix not too long ago called Wind River. It had Jeremy Renner as a Game Warden and Elizabeth Olsen as an FBI agent in Wyoming looking into the murder of a Native American girl. I thought it was an outstanding movie.

It had Jeremy Renner as a Game Warden and Elizabeth Olsen as an FBI agent in Wyoming looking into the murder of a Native American girl. I thought it was an outstanding movie. I second this movie on Netflix! It was good! Also, not necessarily a "tough guy" movie, but "Wonder" (on Amazon) was really good. If you can watch Wonder and not cry, you're just a hard sonofagun. For series, I'd HIGHLY recommend Bosch (on Amazon)

The movie Hostiles is very good if you like westerns. Wonder, as mentioned, on Amazon was good too for a feel good movie. Jack Ryan is an Amazon series and it's fantastic.

While we're on the subject. Frontier and The last kingdom are 2 pretty good shows. Both of them just recently got a 3rd season.
