I went to the store and found some slick tricks, but the package was just a bunch of razor blades, and you had to assemble them. Is this normal?

Sounds like Muzzy's; you have to slide the razors into the grooves in the BH "housing" & then screw on the chisel tip w/the little tool.

Yes you have to assemble slick tricks, But it should come with all the pieces to put them together not just blades

Be very careful several here have been sliced up putting them together. You can buy a cheap plastic tool the tighten them safely. They are deadly broad heads.
