What arrows have you got? I'm guessing they must have the deep six inserts. I would change the inserts.

Post a pic of the Slick Trick package. You may have gotten some Slicks made for the Deep Six inserts. If you did you'll have to get new heads or new arrows. I don't believe you can get a Deep Six insert for a Carbon Express.
