There are a ton of names online. I like any of the previously listed, some ideas are:
the big tiners, rack stackers, the list goes on.

Who else is getting started Saturday morning?

I'll be in a tree Saturday morning in Crenshaw county. I haven't got any big bucks picked out so I'm still not sure where my setup is yet. I have one of the cellular cameras and the deer are moving 9:30 to 10:30 so I need to sit late.

I hunt Crenshaw and Elmore county.
Where do y'all hunt?

I'll be there Saturday morning in Henry county.

I hunt Barbour and Henry county.

I'll miss the opener but may go Sunday but dang it's HOT!
I'll hunt Madison, Jackson and Escambia counties.

We do need to do that, I don't care much at all about names. We could be the g string killers and I'd be alright with it. So who ever gets the urge to post a name go for it

Hey Slingshot, glad you made it. I going to be off the next few days so I'll get the chance to get after them while this cool snap hits.

I'm going to try to hunt tomorrow afternoon before this front sets in and then Friday and Saturday I'm gonna try some more.
Hopefully we can get on the board with this cool weather moving in.

I haven't felt like fighting the mosquitoes. I haven't been a single time. Maybe I will get the bug and go Saturday.

I skipped my hunt for this afternoon. Good deer been around the area and I didn't want to stink it up for tomorrow. Hopefully it pays off

I'll be headed to Illinois next week for the week. Hopefully I can get us on the board with one of those big IL bucks.

I killed a hog the last 2 weekends but no chance at any deer. I should take a doe this weekend now that the southern half of the state is open. Good luck in Illinois next week jellyhead.

I haven't been that much lately, just waiting on the rut to come in down here.

I have been a few time and will probably shot 4-5 does during the Christmas Holidays but I'm just waiting on the rut. If I can get the wind right I should be able to take a buck from my Elmore county lease before the end of the year.

I have seen some deer but nothing special. Just waiting on the rut.

Literally the 2nd sit of the year for me!! Passed on a few does cause of the rain! Was about to get out of stand due to soaking to bone and temperature dropping. Started shivering uncontrollably when spike left field and that's when he stepped out! Gave him some sleep aide (270 proof) and a ride to the house!! The Largest Florida Deer I've ever killed!

Congrats Capt. If I could get my son out from behind the gun, I might get us some points. I really think they should allow me to post a deer that I let my 8 year old shoot. If it wasn't for him, I could have killed it. SAME THING

Sling next year he can join with you and they will put him on same team! Did that with my son till he was 16 and could hunt on his own

It won't do us any good, but I killed another doe the other day. Our rut is still a few weeks out, so I'll be hard at it til the end of the season. I doubt I'll be able to upgrade from the 10pt but I may get lucky. Good luck fellers.

A nice one Jelly. I'll start spending more time in the woods in the next few weeks. I am starting to see some pre rut activity going on.

I chased a wide 7 all bow season. I got him yesterday with a rifle. Sadly he had been fighting and broke his main beam. I'll post pics when I get to a desk top

Now if only I could get off work and get something on the ground. I haven't pulled the trigger all year. Saw a good one the other day but he was skirting the property line. 10 yards across the line on property that only gets hunted about 3 times a year. Tempting but had to just keep walking to my stand.

Finally found a little luck this weekend and got a big doe for the freezer. It's been a tough season for sure! Good luck to everyone as the season winds down!

Well I enjoyed it guys. Looks like we came in a solid 5th. Now it's time to focus on them hard headed turkeys!
