How old do you think this deer is? Score? Pic is somewhat deceptive, probably 15" inside, both ends crab claw.

I say 4 and low to mid 30s. His tines are long with average beams. His mass is lacking. Fine deer, but I say somewhere in the 30s.

That is a majestic looking animal!I agree with Matt on 4.I do believe he is a young 4 though probably born late the year he was born.He is still long legged and has that kind of adolescent look about him.The mass still isn't what it is capable of and if you can bring yourself to do so then wait till next season and if not then thumbup on a nice one this year.

I'm thinking he might be more like 125ish, but you've certainly scored more deer than me. I agree with y'all on 4.

October, I'd love to be able to let him grow, but in this particular spot, that's not an option. 2 families surround this 250 acres, and they are brown it's down big time.

3. Good length for G-2 & 3, beams not so much, not a lot of mass. Put him to sleep. Make great wallpaper. wink

I'd say 3 and score about 118 just for not alot of mass and short beam length, but if he came by me id fling a rage at him.

He looks 3.5 to me and may go low 120s. Mass is killing him big time.

Very short beams. I'm gonna go 115-120. I don't usually disagree with Matt Brock on score, but I don't see it on this one. I do think he's a 4 year old deer. Mature, probably close to if not as big as he's gonna get. Rack has character. Bust him.

Funny, every time I come back and look at the pics I want to go down on my guess.
