Anybody else have problems with their elbows?Both my elbows hurt all the time but the Lil ball on the inside of my left elbow hurts like a mofo and burns like hell all the time.The more I use it the more it hurts and it's getting worse.Just wondering if any of yall have the same problem?I don't know if it's tennis elbow, tendinitis or what but it's aggrevating as hell.

Tendonitis. I have it, too. Runs from the inner elbow joint 3-4 inches down my forearm. Aggravating sometimes.

I used to get it when I first started shooing my bow about this time every year.....every year. I had to get one of the elastic tennis elbow things and wear it for a few weeks. As long as I could sorta direct the pressure on that thing in the right place I got a lot of relief and got over the 'itis' in a couple of months. Glucosamine helps too.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Every Spring once I start Bass Fishing real heavy I'll get a bad case of "fishing elbow". I began doing hand/forearm/arm stretches and it got rid of the pains I would have.

As bad as it sounds when mine hurts it is tough to pick up a 20 ounce drink. I know your pain. Mine started after a white bass fishing trip with a spinning reel. I set the hook over 100 times that day. When I started playing coed softball this year it would hurt for days after taking about 20 swings. After a few weeks of hurting but continuing to play it stopped. I later watched a show during a braves rain delay on tommy johns and they were talking about how the pro athletes are babied and have more elbow issues. The old method was to tough it out and throw through it and that worked. Makes sense. Mine comes from slinging a hammer for so many years.It don't slow me down a bit just hurts all the time.

I have the same thing going on with my left elbow. I'm a flooring installer so it's in constant motion. It was really hurting when I would shoot my bow too. 2 things that have done that helped me is taking 2 advil every morning to help with inflammation and I have tried to stop sleeping with my left arm under my pillow.

Yes. Likely tendonitis and I've had it bad. It has to be some repetitive motion you are doing Trox. Mine started when I did a boxing workout. My left hook started the problem. Other folks could be tennis or golf or something you do at work. Ice and physical therapy and hope you don't need the shot. I got the shot and physical therapy after it wouldn't get better. The shot did the trick & I haven't had the pain in 4.5 years. Shot in tendon hurts but end result is worth it. If you don't change or modify the repetitive motion causing the pain though, you'll never get over it.

Liquid or the giant horsepills? I used to and still do from time to time take the horse pills. I don't need it as much as I did wen I climbed poles every day but it helps my joints quite noticeably when I do take it. Never took the liquid.

Funny you post this tonight. I've been fighting it for a year in my left elbow and forearm. I actually Iced it tonight for the first time. It's getting worse. I've rehabbed it myself and had it feeling better but it's getting tough now.
One day the right woman will come along and the next thing you know you'll be wearing her underwear!

Moist heat with ibuprofen 800mg three times daily for 14 days if you don't have stomach ulcers that is.
Only accurate rifles are interesting.

Sugar, sodium and caffeine all contribute to tendinitis and prolong the pain. Do you drink a lot of coffee or soft drinks? Don't drink coffee and maybe only 1-2 soft drinks a week if that..Now I do drink about a gallon of sweet tea everyday.

Any elbow sleeve that keeps the joint warm is going to help a lot. By keeping it warm, the synovial fluid stays in action doing its job lubricating the joint. Same for knee sleeves ... Here's a good quick read on the matter

Do you suffer from gout attacks? It sometimes hits me in my elbows as well. I have had gout in my feet 11 years now but this pain in my elbow ain't gout.

Carpal Tunnel can cause pain in the same spot. If you sleep with your wrist folded over or bent, that can cause the same pain in the same location as tendonitis. My left elbow started hurting a few weeks ago out of the blue. I had changed pillows at night that I prop my left arm on (side/stomach sleeper). Just enough difference to make my elbow hurt.

Have you tried relief factor, it is advertised on the rick and bubba show. I've been on it for about 3 weeks, seems to be helping my sore joints from arthritis, suppose to be good for inflammation. I have been hearing them for years advertise the relief factor 4 and just told my wife the other day I was gonna order some and try it.I haven't read up on it.What all is it supposed to help with?

Lateral epicondylitis. AKA tennis elbow.
Grab the fingers of affected hand, and pull them back along the arm toward the elbow until it is just about uncomfortable. Hold for 15 seconds. Do this every time you think about, or the elbow hurts.
Repetitious lifting with the palm down, or hitting a backhand, strengthens the muscles on the outside of the arm, causing them to shorten, and puts pressure on the tendon.

It's been amazing to me all the pain that has been relieved by having carpal tunnel surgery on just one hand so far. My forearms have hurt for years and my delts have been hurting for 6 months or more. Since I had my left hand done I pain no pain in either area on my left arm.
