there is a reason that a 5$ an acre lease in that part of the state is too good to be true...... Because It appears it is too good to be true fellas.

Me and a friend of mine were looking at this exact amount of property in benavola back in the spring. When we went to look at it we checked it out and the guy told us that the family that owns the property would still have hunting right. It was also 2 separate lots of land so I'm pretty sure this is it. Some Cajuns have supposedly least it the last few years.
