A U.S. Navy sailor is under investigation for refusing to stand for the national anthem. Intelligence Specialist 2nd Class Janaye Ervin, a reservist stationed at Pearl Harbor, posted on Facebook about why she's following in the footsteps of Colin Kaepernick and others who have demonstrated against police brutality during the anthem. "I feel like a hypocrite singing about the 'land of the free' when I know that only applies to some Americans," she wrote. "I will gladly stand again, when ALL AMERICANS are afforded the same freedom." Ervin says she lost her security clearance and was threatened with jail by the Navy in response to her actions. She violated Article 92 of UCMJ. failure to obey a lawful order, Kick her azz out with a Dishonorable after a yr in Leavenworth !!!!! She will find it hard to get a job and end up in a Churchs cooking chicken.

Good. She has her clearance pulled. She can go chip paint and shine the brass now. Instead of being in the comfy a/c and an easy watch bill.
Btw. The rate I used to be would have put us in the same division.
