My speculation:
Trump comes walking out to "eye of the tiger" with a bald eagle on one shoulder, an American flag draped over the other, and George Washington's sword in hand.
Hillary comes walking out to"crazy bitch" by buck cherry holding hands with Mao Zedong and Hitler look a likes. hahahahahaha

i think that Trump has such low expectations in everyone's eyes, all he has to do is not make a fool of himself and he will appear to be the winner.
Maybe Hitlary will have one of her fainting spells. Boy, if she had one of those type episodes on this big of a stage, that would do her in. The way that Trump can screw up is to have that Gary Johnson "Alleppo" moment where he can't respond to a question b/c he has no idea what they are asking about. Also could be they ask him about a specific law, policy or piece of the constitution and he has no clue what they are asking about.

I kinda liked the idea of Trump having Bill's skank, or several of Bill's skanks, on the front row. Maybe Netanyahu could also attend. Of course Hitlary could counter with a few of those Clinton Foundation money men. But in all reality she has no heart or soul... she could really not give a damn IMO
