No relief in site for us. 0% chance of rain for 9 of the next 10 days with the only exception of 20 % monday

I don't understand how that one works. Our drought status has improved by 2 levels in 2 months but we haven't had any rain to speak of. I guess it rained close enough and it isn't precise enough to show up.
