Fresh Hot Ancho Peppers from the garden, cut in two and gut them out.
garlic powder
ranch dressing
shredded mozzarella or whatever you prefer.
cookie sheet, cover sheet in foil, lay out the gutted peppers and smother with ranch, cheese, garlic
bake at 450 for about 15-20 minutes.

I do a similar thing but with any ole meat laying around - conecuh sausage is really good. I'm not a fan of ranch.
