I was wondering if anyone had squirrel hunted Murphy Hill (Sam R. Murphy WMA)? I was thinking about going out there this year and shooting some squirrels and didn't know how good it would be. I haven't been out there in years (Hunting Deer Then). Would love to hear how experiences were.

Oh wow.. I didn't know that. I haven't been out that way in a while. I appreciated the news lol... I think I'm gonna ride out that way tomorrow and check it out.

I live and work close to Sam Murphy WMA and I don't hunt there. Cutover and pine trees. Good luck.

This is from december when i was down there last, and this is not the thick stuff i walked through to get where the picture is taken. That in the picture is thin compared to what i fought my way through which was about 3 times as bad as the picture and if it dont look like this its fresh clear cut as in they're still whitling trees down 1000yds from you

I'd turn a pack of beagles loose right there

We will burn that bridge when we get there
