Anyone have a used pull out or a totaled Tacoma with the 4.0 v6. Someone thought it would be fun to pour sugar down my gas tank.

If it's just in the tank no need for an engine. Sugar doesn't dissolve in gasoline and the fuel filter will catch it.
Take it to a mechanic shop and have them drop the tank, flush it and put in a new fuel filter and you should be good to go. This^^^

The motor it lock up tighter than heck. We put a long socket and a 4 ft pry bar and it would not budge.

I know everything on the nets true but sometimes it just not. It won't fully disolve, however it will turn to an almost syrup consistency with the heat and by the time it gets to the high temps of the combustion chamber it will start to crystallize and prevent the lubrication of the cylinder walls. Soon after you can put a socket and a 4 foot pull handle on the crank and use it for midget diving board
