Wait a minute, you've got a thousand acres. That should lease for at least 5 grand. Use that money for dozer work. Problem solved. I dont think he wants to lease it..hes HUNTING it and wants a member to join, and trade his time on a dozer for the right to hunt with him. Heck of a deal to me. I ran a similiar ad a few years ago, when I was looking for help maintaining MY land. I wasnt trying to lease it..I just needed some HELP, in exchange for hunting it.

Call Keith Holifield 205-316 8160 cell. He did some work for me and was real reasonable. He's in Perry Co down hwy 5. Keith had a stroke, not sure if he can still get after it like he could before. He can point you in the right direction though.
