Family oriented, just over 8000 acres 35 total members. Turkey rights included in membership as well as private access to Styx river. "shoot low boys they're ridin shetland ponys"

Each member has his own "area" with a couple of plots on it that are his alone. The rest of the property is for everyone but each member has a place that is reserved only for them (and their guests or family members). I'm not saying this to dissuade anyone from joining. One of my best friends is in it and has been for a long time. Suppose to be a great bunch of guys and a good area.
