i'm gonna bet low on freon If so, I'm betting it has a stopped up condenser coil keeping the suction pressure just above the freezing point, typically if the only problem is low charge, first symptom is freezing up vs overheating compressor shutting off. who knows, it could be a number of other things as well. I'm done thinking for the night I'm going to bed
