Those looks like my dragon cayennes. If so they are much hotter than regular ones. I made some pepper sauce out of some of mine and you only need to add just a few drops! I think that's what they were. I didn't think they'd be that much hotter than a cayenne but dadgum. I got the hiccups and had to stop eating for a few minutes and I usually tolerate heat pretty well. My daughter does too. She took one bite, spit it out and drank a glass of tea.

Those are the kind of peppers my late granny would take a bite of, cough and tear up and drink tea, say "Whew, that's a hot one!" and then take another bite. My grandfather grew them, would freeze them except for a ziploc bag of them that remained thawed in the frig. He would eat them at any meal.
