Black bear is actually the easiest of the three to get on this hunt. There are LOTS of them and the are very visible that time of year. Between the slashes (clear-cuts) and the apple orchards in the area, bears are almost a guarantee.

Meat is an issue for obvious reasons but not impossible. Have it processed locally and then shipped express frozen to you and hope for the best.
Antlers/Horns and capes are no problem and are dealt with all the time. You can take your cape to a local taxidermist and have it fleshed and salted or you can do it yourself. Then ship the prepped hides and skulls back to you.
The outfitter deals with this with each client so he knows how to handle it.

Spokane WA and drive across the border. (4 hours or so) Penticton BC and the outfitter will pick you up.
There is no issue with getting a long gun across the border. (No handguns allowed). The gun import permit is about $25 US. BGH, would these be Roosevelt's Elk in this area?
