Out dues cover both deer turkey, and also small game. We have a nice skinning rack, walk in cooler and an ice machine.

I've been a member of this club for 4 seasons. Very hard to find a club like this one.

First, really quality guys in our club. Easy to get along with and it lacks the club drama you find in some places. The acreage to member ratio is absurd. 4 years in and I still don't even hunt on 50% of the lease. Never even scouted the other half really. Roads are maintained and 95% of the lease is easily accessible by 2wd. Skinning shed, walk in cooler, ice machine, plenty of club stands highlight some of the benefits. Rules are what I would consider typical. Quality of bucks are above average for the area with potential to be exceptional.

Cost of dues?

Annual dues are $1900 with a one time initial fee of $500.

Typical yearly membership numbers are ~23-26 members on about 7500 acres. Club has a first come first served pin out system. Management system in place.

Clubhouse?

There is a small camp house that accommodates 6 members per season at a small fee to cover electricity/maintenance. I do not believe there are currently any openings for that. There is an RV campground nearby. Also, a few guys rent a small house nearby.

I have heard of this club. Nothing but good things about it too. Hard to find that these days.

Justin is right about the camp house, there are not any openings at this time but there is a camp ground not far from the club.

Just to recap, Little Pine Hunting Club has a few openings this year, we have +/- 7,500 acres, we have a sign in board, skinning shed with walk in cooler, ice machine and we have a deer management program. We have around 60 food plots and additional ladder stands in the woods. The club roads are maintained very well. We try to have 24 members and dues are $ 1,900.00 per year.
