I went by your market and picked up some nice, thick, chuckeye steaks today. They were almost an inch thick, and cooked up great on my Vision. IMO, a chuckeye is the best cut of beef for the money. I picked up 1.5 lbs of American shrimp that I steamed to go with them. Just want to say thank you for that fine supper we had tonight.
