So for the first time in several years we are going to watch the fireworks on the water at Duncan Bridge. Family members have a place close to Houston rec grounds but we will be trailering our boat was wandering where the best place to put in would be? I don't mind a small run to Duncan to watch the show and was thinking of putting in at Curry or the Dam. Anybody else doing the same or have any idea how bad boat traffic will be?

We put in at Clear Creek. It's less than 5 minutes to a good viewing area. When it's over and 38 wake boats all tear out at the same time, it can get really rough.
We normally wait about 30 minutes after it's over for the ramp to calm down.
Take your kids hunting instead of hunting your kids.
