I'm a Realtor in Tuscaloosa. I have my license at Realty Executives and I sell homes full-time.
My listings are selling in 44 days on average this year, 95 days is the average for Tuscaloosa.
My listings are selling for 98.39% of the asking price. The Tuscaloosa average is 96%
I'm selling homes about twice as fast and for 2.39% more than the average agent in Tuscaloosa. When I got into it full-time, I hired a real estate coach and I meet with him every week to help me become a better agent. Tricia Gray is very good and I couldn't say one bad thing about her. I don't know what her numbers are, I only keep up with mine. I don't worry about what other agents are doing, it's me vs me and I'm my only competition.
Broker/Owner and Area Representative for 1st Class Real Estate 2018's #1 Real Estate Agent according to the Tuscaloosa News

Ive dealt with James Mize but that was purchasing not selling. Personally i would sell it myself (if youre looking to sell) to maximize profit which i have done in the past with great results.
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!
