IMO Both are good bows and you couldn't go wrong with either one. I haven't shot the Impulse so I can't give any details. The Halon is a great shooting bow. That's my next one. kodiak06 Booner Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 11,920 PNW	Not sure... Of the 2 bows you named, the are multiple ATA lengths and brace heights. Shoot each and see what feels best. Type of hunting would be a factor for me since I'm weight concious with all my gear due to hiking so far in to hunt.
