Yes it's the manufacturer. I don't know who sells them. I got in a trade with a friend. I've got a couple Citori's and a Weatherby Orion and this shotgun looks as nice as those. The build quality is excellent also.

No the manufacturer is Kof. ATI is an importer. They don't manufacture anything. Only import.
