I always figured the Russians were gonna land at school anyday. I'd stare out the window watching like red dawn. Well about 1989 the racial crap hit Selma again one day and the natl guard showed up at my tiny elementary school. All I could think was well here we go. The Russians are here. But it was just rose sanders. I bet when the Hooper Colts rolled into town on the big green and orange Blue Bird bus scared you more than the Russians ever did.
