Does she have a sister? My wife may throw me out half way through deer season and I need some options. Lord knows she deserves better than me and when she figures it out i can guaran-damn-tee I will be out on my ass!
I shoot probably as many bows as anyone on here that aint working in an archery shop and I am telling you...
The Mathews Halon is the best bow I have ever shot. Every hardcore archery guy I know that has shot my bow has said the same thing, and many of those guys are pro-staff for other bow companies...

I have the halon6, took a day or so to get over the top heavy feel during the draw cycle, evens out after let off, could possibly be offset with certain weight stabilizers, in a week muscle memory won't know any different. Besides if you don't like it at least you'll have one that resells quicker. Just a thought

I think shes tired of hearing me talk about wanting a new one. I dont spend much on myself, so maybe she's wanting to be sweet to me...naaa i know better than that. Yall are right, I just dont know what shes up to yet

Check out Obsession and Xpedition! Two companies that have amazing bows, just depends on if you want hybrid cams or not. I've owned three 2015 Obsessions, best bows I've ever shot period! I have heard good things about obsession

I bought a new obsession defcon 6 today . It's awesome. Hands down the best bow I've ever shot. It's faster ,lighter,draws smoother than the mattews havlon 6. I shot both about 20 times.
No buyers remorse here!! I bought it from mick at nichols outfitters. He took his time with me and answered every question I had. Been nice if I could have got the wife to buy it for but no such luck.
