Small club may be on the look for a couple of members. Deer only! 300 acres of mixed timber joining agriculture. I have been part of this property for over 20 years. Good neighbors and great trophy potential as well as numbers. I will be very picky in my selection process. This property is ready to walk into and hunt. Minimal amount of preseason prep. Shoot me your names and contact info. $1500 per person that includes lease and insurance cost. Having a tractor will be a plus for a candidate but not necessary. There will only be 3 members on this property. No house or camp site.
