I don't believe so. It's a piece my father in law has had for years and they let it go. Now the land owner may have posted it on Craigslist I'm not sure.

Teamduckdown, yes sir that is the same piece. I looked at it and it has same contact info as I do from my father inlaw. He is the overseer on the property and posted it last week he said. I just got my hands on it Friday and will be meeting with that guy next weekend to take him some money.

Yes sir I already did the math. It's high as giraffe nuts I know. I was just puttin the option out there. Some people have more money than sense and don't matter what it cost. That is why I also put deer and turkey for $1,800. But, I'll take two deer members at $1,500 with turkey rights or just two deer members at $1,000. And two turkey members at $500 a piece. Just had some more money come available so the prices went down.

added another 140 acres east of Camden toward Oak Hill around the 10 and 28 split. Both leases are paid in full. Turkey rights are no longer available. I will have a total of 6 deer hunters on 530 acres. Between two properties. 4 spots are filled and I'm looking to get two more at $1,200 due to picking up the other 140 acres. We will be shooting mature deer only with strict antler restrictions. There will be a total of 12-13 plots in place with all new shooting houses. We will be splitting the cost of planting between the 6 of us. $80-$100 a piece. I've looked at both properties today and I'm here to tell ya,,If you like hunting big creek edges, Railroad beds, river bottom looking swamps, hill sides and thick pines this is the place to do it. Both properties have very similar terrain with big creeks, and railroad beds on them.

Still need one more person. The leases are paid and will begin work starting in August.

Thought it sounded weird so I looked it up on Google Maps. 78 miles. 1.25 hours. Two routes, one through Selmalia and Carlowville (which would leave you on the correct side of Camden) or down 5 to 28 at Catherine (less stops and much less civilization).

The Centreville resident can get there quicker than the guy from Atmore.

I was just using Centerville as a reference..I live in Vance...I thought that seemed a little far to that land..seeing as how I have ran to gulf shores in a little over 2.5 hrs years ago..didn't get a speeding ticket until I got to Bay Minette Pkwy..
