Try to decide between a mathews havlon or the elite impulse. I haven't shot either but figured I would get some opinions.

Shoot them both and you decide. A bow that's fits you may not be the bow that fits me. IMO

Both are good bows and you couldn't go wrong with either one. I haven't shot the Impulse so I can't give any details. The Halon is a great shooting bow. That's my next one.

Halon is a fine bow. I think it's the best bow Mathews has made in a long long time.

Shoot both and choose, I'd pick the halon

I don't know the mq-1,rival pro, conquest, all wereshooters

It amazes me how many people still shoot the conquest. If speed was dropped on the pro range there is no telling how many of those guys would shoot one.

I won a lot of tournaments with a conquest I would shoot it with the mini max cam or max cam they both shot well

Not sure... Of the 2 bows you named, the are multiple ATA lengths and brace heights. Shoot each and see what feels best. Type of hunting would be a factor for me since I'm weight concious with all my gear due to hiking so far in to hunt.

I went another direction. I got the obsession defcon 6 and man Is it a sweet bow. Smoother draw, faster and lighter than the havlon. Ready for October! !!!
