Hobart 1712E Slicer. In good condition. Needs back knife cover and the automation linkage has been disconnected. The plug is not the original plug for the slicer. It turns on and doesn't have any issues. I bought this and never used it because it was a lot bigger and heavier than I expected. It would be ideal for a deer processor or caterer. i have one exactly like it at work.We simply sharpen ours with a low abrasion steel.Just like you use for knives.Our stones broke years ago and we saw no need to buy the replacements when the steel works as well as it does.$.02
