I was thinking about checking this one out since I have another lease in the same county, but this thread convinced me otherwise. Preciate it fellers. ALDEER at work. That's the reason I checked into it, but I've since come to my senses.

I hunted this property from 2012-2014. If i remember right we started out around $3,500 or so. Every year she kept raising the price. 2015 I think she wanted close to or above $6,000. There was a ton of deer there though. We planted a field close to the house, (never used it, or fixed it up) and had some pictures with 20+ deer in the field. Had a few bruisers on camera too. I was hunting a plot with my bow, after I killed a stud in Minnesota and a buck walked out that would have put him to shame. Stayed at about 65 yards. Never had luck with turkey, but didn't hunt a whole lot for them. You will definitely see plenty of deer though. Oh yeah, and the occasional dog. It's a lady?

Never saw a big boy during legal shooting hours all season I think I know why. and at least one of our group was in there most every day.

Wow! Thanks for the revelation. Now I know the next club I get in to make sure the number of days anyone can hunt each season is regulated. I am always amazed how folks feel they have to jump into a thread just to give their 2 cent wisdom on, even when it is completely unsolicited. Unfortunately, that's the world we live in. At least the ignore button is still available.

At least the ignore button is still available. I.gave an opinion, the same as you. I only pointed out that if someone hunts 200 acres every day it is very unlikely they will ever see a mature deer. If the next person who leases it puts less pressure on the lease, they might have a different experience. If that ruffled your feathers, it doesn't take much.
