Spray on entire plant or just stalk

Especially stalk but Might as well hit leaves to. Stop before they blossom so you don't kill your pollinating bees.

Keep my summer hunting clothes sprayed down. Use on dogs too. I get more ticks off kids than me and dogs combined.

If you are too late and theyve destroyed replant...there's plenty of time left to get a good harvest. I've done this several times in years past much later than now.

They been killing our squash for years. Got nearly all of them two years ago. Last year, when the first plant wilted, my dad sprayed the whole row with some of his peach pesticide from a boom sprayer. All the rest did fine. Just sprayed one time, plants, ground all around them, seems to have got em all.

I've got bugs galore on all my stuff. Worms get in my peaches, June bugs eating my crepe myrtles, and squash borers. I spray everything also I just got all kinds of critters to compete against.

Try 10% sevin dust with a duster, ladies panty hose, or old sock with plastic gloves. Dust as you walk away from plants after morning dew dries and it is not going to rain for two or three days if possible. Put some out before you plant on ground, after they sprout, and every couple weeks. Stop when they start blooming.

I've declared war on them this year after a loosing battle the last three years. So far so good. I moved where I normally plant my squash plus I put landscape fabric down and put a little sevin dust at the base of the plant but not on the leafs and blooms. And keeping on close watch on them.
