Of course it HAD to be the football team.
I can't help but laugh about this story, when I was a sophomore in HS (playing football - yr 1979) - we were returning from an away game on a pretty cold evening and all the windows were fogging up. One of the seniors who was riding in the back of the bus decided to press his "thingy" on the emergency exit window and show it to the van that was loaded with our cheerleaders (and the English teacher Mrs. Jones - yes that was her name) following us home.
The van hit the bright lights and the girls would lean out the window and cheer. So we continued to egg him on to continue with his actions. Every time he would smear his "thingy" on the glass - they would hit the bright lights and cheer. This went on for a good way home.
One of the cheerleaders asked me the next week who it was that was pressing his "thingy" on the glass and I told her (Brian Wilson). She started laughing and said, "We have never seen Mrs. Jones laugh so hard, she (Mrs. Wilson) said - I bet that is Brian Wilson doing that."
Times sure were different back then.

He should have left his pistol n it's holster but 69 counts strikes me as a tad extreme. I say bust his ass, make him apologize and pick up trash around campus for 6 months, go to court and pay a fine but registering as a sex offender seems a bit much too. And how the hell did yearbook sponsor miss this? Our eagle eyed sponsor would have never let this fly.
