I've been there twice and both times have been in and out in 2-3 minutes. They are very fast there. I haven't been there, but I have heard from people that have that they had the same results as Parker243

I was there last Friday. Out in 10 mins. No line, no waiting. And that was the last day of the month. Unheard of.

I was shocked. Ya'll are right. I was in and out in 15 minutes. That was even after the girl noticed a number missing from the Vin on the POI. I called Brandon, I had left out a number when I emailed it to him. He fixed it and emailed it to her and I was done. He's great to do business with. I thought it would cost me a trip but they handled it in less than 5 minutes.
Back before they opened it, I spent 4 hours at the Bessemer Courthouse. By the time we got to the windows me and this lady next to me in line were life long friends.
