1,000 acre bow club in South Montgomery County, minutes from downtown Montgomery, looking for 1 person to make a total of 8 members. We currently feed year round and pour minerals at established sites. We just finished planting approximately 20 acres in corn and soybeans. Property is all 1 continuous tract with mostly mature timber. There are currently 12 established food plots varying in size. Very strict buck (4 year old and older) and guest policies in place. The cost is $2500 per member which includes everything from soil samples to fall planting. This is a trophy oriented club and we're looking for like minded individuals. Turkey rights included? How man members turkey hunt?

Yes, turkey rights are included. There were 4 of us who turkey hunted the place last year. Although the property has birds this was an odd year weather wise, they didn't gobble much. We aren't trying to make excuses but we honestly feel that bird numbers are way down from years past, not only on our place but as a whole.
