Bill to increase state duck stamp from 5 to 10 dolllars.... Can't imagine what it will cost in 30 years.

Also got one in there to define daylight hours as '30 minutes before sunrise until 30 minutes after sunset' and to make the Permit System for Night Hunting Deer and Hogs actually legal.

I'm not a duck hunter but I thought the Duck Stamp was a federal stamp.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

It's both! They get you coming and going. I paid over $30 for those stamps and didn't pull the trigger on a duck this year.

This blows my mind how they could limit day hunting for legal hunters and then let a farmer go bombs away at night.

I would like to try duck hunting, but it seems way too regulated.

Just wait a few years and you'll think that about deer hunting too.

You'd hated back in the 80's when we had a point system.

Arkansas State duck stamp is $35 for out of staters.

Federal went up this year too.

I don't mind it one bit if monies collected are used appropriately, compared to other items you still come out pennies on the dollars.

Yep.

Duck hunting in the '80s with the 100-point system was interesting, to say the least. Learn each duck, and know the points associated with it, to get to 100 points per day.

But you could shoot the hell out of gads, spoonies and ringnecks.

I don't see why we can't hunt until we can't see through the scope. Not like I carry night vision, just good optics
