Fatherof2 OP 4 point F Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 505 RBC	I have a moisture issue in my crawlspace. I think I remember someone on here recommending a company that does "encapsulation". It seems like it may have been someone that does home inspections, but I Can't remember for sure. I have heard of a few companies advertising this service, but was hoping for advise from someone with experience. Thanks. JR

klay 10 point K Joined: Oct 2014 Posts: 4,028 Guntersville	Don't go with alabama foundation specialist. They are very professional, but high. They quoted us a little over $20,000 to do our crawl space. That was encapsulating and putting in a dehumidifier.

They have even been back to replace the dehumidifier( which was under warranty) but didn't charge any service fees. Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts,hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!
