Anyone know when they typically list their available leases on their website? It has shown a few available all season, across the state, but now since season end it says "nothing available". I feel pretty certain they didn't lease everything at the end of season. Just thought maybe they were working on the list.

All I will say is ask a lot of questions before leasing... and get answers put in writing and signed. Thanks but I've leased from them before. I know they aren't the easiest to deal with but they have several tracts close to my house. A little headache may be worth it.
