Headed to Biloxi(surrounding area) Saturday for an early Vday dinner. What are some nice restaurants down there with good food that won't break the bank?

McElroy's close to the hard rock was always one of my favorites(especially for breakfast). Lots to eat down there, what type food you looking for? I grew up in Ocean Springs

I'll eat anything. Girlfriend will probably want seafood.

McElroy's Harbor House Seafood Restaurant was dang good and can't beat the view!

Pocosin hit on some good ones

A couple other favorites aren't in Biloxi. Straycat has posted food from both places. One is Edd's Drive In in Pascagoula. The other is Huck's in Gautier.

Mary Mahoney's in Biloxi if you want an old school white table cloth restaurant with lots of history, charm and the prices to go along with it... But it's some mighty fine food.

Go to Bozo's Grocery in Pascagoula if you want an authentic hole in the wall place that serves up the best fried seafood on the coast at a reasonable price. They also have a fresh seafood market at Bozo's if you want to pack up some real gulf seafood for the trip home.

Yes, its good. As well as all the above mentioned places. It`s all in what you want to eat. Any of the casino buffets are good if you just want to strap the feed bag on.

Heritage House in Moss Point does a lunch buffet. Fried pork chops on Thursday and awesome fried chicken.

Darwell's over in Long Beach is awesome.

My favorite is the yeager burgers or the ham crab & swiss melt.

Darwell is crazy as a run over dog, its worth the trip just to see him.

I really liked Tarranto's in Wool Market (just N of I10 at the Gulfport exit?).

They had very good crawfish and they're in season now. Pretty low brow family type place. NOT high dollar.
