Centreville AL.
I am need of a good bow shop near Centreville AL, took a brand new bow to one close to me because the center serving was separating, they did a lousy job fixing it(just used his fingers to push it back together, my wife took it to them for me as I was on the road) and charged me $35 for it. Had to take it to another shop not so close to me and they did a great job, went above what I had asked for but; today I was shooting and the nock loop that they put on not but two weeks ago broke at the top not.

Called them up and they said they would make it right but when your dealing with a $1000 bow and having to drive 63 miles one way, it just makes me question things.

Take it to Shaw in Ttown. That's the closest thing I know of.

So in your opinion should I take it back to the shop that put the D-loop on or just go to someone else?

Take it to the shop closest to you. While your there by a bow square and some extra dloop material. Once you learn how you can literally tie them almost as fast as you can tie your shoes. I'm not trying to be smart but if that happened the day before a hunt, wouldn't it be nice to just put on a new one with minimal hassle. I'm assuming your talking about your standard dloop and not some weird thing I've never seen. I shoot fingers:)

Yeah what the guy above me said. D loops are easy to tie once you do it a few times. YouTube is your friend.

The shop in Prattville is good. I think it is called Archery Unlimited.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Rick and the guys at Archery Unlimited, Prattville are good. I'm looking forward to talking and working with Shaw on new cables and string.

You could probably PM Shaw and he would meet you. Not going to post where he works, but you could meet him very easily from Centreville as he is going in/out of work.

He will hook you up and get it taken care of.
