Had a spike ease through about 1130. Wind has picked up a little so I'm gonna sit till one and maybe scout my way back to the truck. Gotta take care of some stuff this afternoon.

I sat til noon which was about 10 minutes to long- I got soaked walking out. I did see 6 deer and a pig, but no shot. try em again in the morning.

Sat till 10 had to come home and help with new born. Bout to leave again and pribably get soaking wet. Bucks on there feet though. Drew on a fine 8 this morning and did a soft grunt to stop him and he wheeled around and jetted out of the country. 30 yards quartering away just like it was scripted. Saw him coming for 150 yards. Saw 5 does 1 spike big 8 and 5 or 6 coyotes. I got a feelin you are gonna smoke a good one here soon! Stay after them!
